Baccalaureate in Theology - Urbaniana University, Rome, Italy
14 September 1989 - as a Deacon by Jose Cardinal Sanchez at Layforce Chapel, San Carlos Seminary Compound, Makati,Metro Manila. Layforce was the formation/teaching center for lay people in the Archdiocese of Manila in the 1990's, but now the centre has greatly expanded, including the Bahay-Pari (House for Clergy) and the Chinese Formation for Clergy. Cardinal Sanchez was the newly elected Prefect of the Congregation of Clergy in the Vatican at the time.
27 January 1990 - as a Priest by Jaime Cardinal Sin, famous Cardinal of Manila, at the Divine Word Seminary School of Theology Chapel, Tagaytay City in the presence of hundreds of bishops, archbishops, cardinals and the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Archbishop Bruno Torpigliani, DD, and other priests. The Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines - CBCP was being held at the time.

Personal greatest priestly achievement
8 December 2015 - Opening Sydney’s first perpetual Adoration chapel at St Joachim’s in Lidcombe (Catholic Weekly). Also called the Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration (PEA) Chapel, it is the only one in the Archdiocese of Sydney and its surrounds.
To build an inviting, purposeful, prayerful and vibrant parish community rooted in prayer and in the Holy Trinity - God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, with the Blessed Virgin Mary and all the saints, especially St Patrick.
